So-called Valeria and Camila share photos of their life on social media to hundreds of thousands of people
thConjoined twin ‘influencers’ who have gained over 289,000 followers since December have now been exposed as being AI-generated.
This revelation comes despite the ‘twins’ denying these claims.
So-called Valeria and Camila first posted to Instagram on December 13, 2025, and within just a few weeks they have amassed hundreds of thousands of fans.
The sisters appear to be conjoined at the base of the neck, sharing one body, and post many photos of themselves out and about.
However, their images have thrown the authenticity of the account into question, with many viewers taking to social media to question whether it is actually AI.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, one expert shared his insight, with AI prompt engineer Andrew Hulbert saying: “The narrative is created to hype potential interaction. It’s the perfect story of the perfect person to give the perfect result of engagement which is what the user is aiming for.”
The twins’ photos have prompted a large response online, with one user taking to the Instagram comment section to write: “AI!!!! None of this is real.”
Another said: “If it’s real go live stream ? I know you won’t.. guys this is fake.”
A third person commented: “I just went to Google,and I’m disappointed that they aren’t actually real smh,I thought they were real.”
And a fourth added: “Upon zooming in on the menu. Can confirm it’s Ai.”
This comment was in response to an image of the girls at an ice cream shop where the signs in the store in the background of the picture are nonsensical.
Valeria and Camila have tried to deny speculation about whether or not they are real.
In a video posted to their Instagram story, they said: “We move, we talk, we’re obviously not AI.”

However, as reported by the Daily Mail, Hubert has confirmed the girls are not real but are instead generated by AI.
He explained: “As someone who consults on the use of AI in business, processes and marketing, these images are clearly AI-generated.”
He continued: “These images are the personification of what the media thinks beauty is and there isn’t a flaw amongst any of them.
“This is unrealistic, certainly as more characters are added. It’s improbable to have three ‘perfect’ people with flawless bodies in the same photo.”
The expert went on to add: “AI is not quite there yet with perfect consistency. So look out for the shape of the ears, the number of fingers, or marks/scars appearing in the exactly same place, everything.”
