These conditions are very common and are usually easily managed with the right guidance. Maintaining good vaginal health starts with simple, everyday habits. Wearing breathable cotton underwear allows for better airflow, which helps prevent moisture buildup. Avoiding scented soaps, douches, or harsh laundry detergents is also crucial, as these can strip away the natural protective bacteria and disrupt the pH balance. Remember that the vagina is a self-cleaning organ; it does not require internal cleansing agents to stay healthy.
